Hi Sheena,
Loved the video. Looks like it was from the German "Beat Club" series, and that's hardly surprising, as The Liverbirds were very popular in Hamburg.

Also, this is pure conjecture on my part, but they don't half remind me of the all-female group seen playing in the nightclub scene in "The Killing Of Sister George" !
