360/12C63: when are they going into production?

Post by toneman »

Guys, forgive me if I'm beating a subject that's already been asked/beaten to death, but I haven't been able to get ahold of Nick Thiel to find out..
Does anyone know when these will start in production? I've had one on order for 2 years now....I know they're closer than they were then, but last I heard was they were suppose to start on them in March and it's now May..
Thanks!

I spoke with JH two days ago. He said they are running test bodies right now on the 325C64, so the 360/12 is just around the corner.

YEA______________! Thanks Nick! BTW, coming to "Abbey Road on the River" this year?

Yeah, I'm going to try and make it down for the weekend if possible. The band I'm playing with at the moment may have a gig somewhere else at the same time, so it might be tough to make it across the river. I didn't know how cool the event was until after it happened last year, so I'd like to make down for this one is possible. When is it in relation to the Beatle week in Liverpool, I'm going there for sure.

So, what are we likely to see first?

- the 360/12c63
- Abbey Road on the River
- VoxFest '03
- guitars on BeatlesGear.com

Nick; I'll try this again. for some reason when I posted a reply yesterday it wouldn't go through..
AROTR is August 8, 9 & 10th in Cleveland
Beatleweek in Liddypool is usually around the last week in August an centered around the August Bank Holiday weekend.

I feel your pain. I'm in a similar predicament with a certain, umm... "luthier" who no longer frequents this forum. Frustrating, ain't it?

Well, it's to the point now where I think I need to get my money back. I'll just go get one after they come out. Their slowness has caused me to lose interest. The one I have(360-12V64) works great, sounds/plays great. It's been 26 months since I ordered and paid for it.

Any concrete info on the status of the 360/12c63, as another year comes to an end?
