Let's just say that Krispy Kremes kick Dunkin' Donuts arse. There's no comparison. Unfortunately, Krispy Kreme got themselves in some serious trouble not long ago. I think they've come out of it.
I limit myself to two or three KKs at one sitting. I could probably eat 6 if I allowed myself.
I have no idea what this has to do with RIC custom colors...
Nice segué Bill! That was Rush that did Take Off eh. Great album eh? A two four, doughnuts and Geddy eh? Bonus... Oh and around the time K-K tried and flopped, Tim's went to frozen doughnuts eh? Knobs! Good coffee tho eh?

Never, ever drool on your surf shirt. It wrecks the solo.
I live in Seattle too (on Capitol Hill) and we also have an excellent independent local doughnut maker called Top Pot Doughnuts. Their cafe/factory is on 5th downtown. Excellent stuff.
Home made doughnuts are best KKs have too many chemicals and too much garbage in them. And they're too small.
ahem...uh....any word on the forthcoming anniversary/limited edition colour? I was under the impression that one of the Halls was going to make an announcement before they went on holiday.
Dean-I think it was just Geddy who sat in and sang with Bob and Doug, not the whole band. I remember seeing a TV video with the MacKenzies and Geddy, who was playing a bass. I can't recall what bass it was though. The song must've come out in the early/mid 80s-when did Geddy leave his Rick behind?
"Take off to the Great White North, take off, it's a beauty way to go..." That's all I remember off the top of my head. I could, of course, get more info off the web, both about the song and Geddy's role in it, but some of life's mysteries are sweeter left untouched....
Just checked the liner notes on my original vinyl. Geddy sang on the record, the whole Great White North album was produced by Rush and was released by their Anthem records.
Hoser History. Too cool.

The other three members of my family demolished two dozen Krispy Kreme donuts in less than twelve hours, (including overnight sleep time), the last time I returned from a business trip to Sydney with some.
Whenever I do this, my family thinks I'm some kind of superstar, which allows me to continue hunting custom colour Rickenbackers.
