Why don't the two halves of his mustache join together? It almost looks like the fake on that came with the original Sgt. Pepper album.

I dont know what the question was, but that was one loooooong answer.

And yes.... I think that was the early prototype for the pepper mustache, except that the cardboard ones look a whole lot better.

The real Paul would have never rambled on like that.

It looks like there might have been several answers there - They just edited out the questions.

Maybe that's why the moustache doesn't meet in the middle.

So Paul, how do you feel about all that now. Is it still the way it was then, or can we take it to the bank as gospel, would you, if you could, check out that scene again, you know, like you did before man? It's all a bit strange isn't it? But you know you can trust that it's safe cause others are doing it. That's the gist of it right Paulie?

I think it's safe to say the true answer to the question lies somewhere between the two halves of that silly moustache...

I'm glad he finally laid the whole thing to rest.

Seriously, look at his facial expressions through the entire sentence...it's one of those things like Letterman asking Britney Spears to rate breast-feeding, or George Foreman whether he likes carrots in his salad...

It also brings to mind that minicab driver answering all those questions on the Apple/Apple decision.

Except Paulie takes himself much. much more seriously. After all, he's a culture maven.

I mean, he's got money and he's taken LSD, hasn't he?

yup... although his bank account will soon be a wee bit smaller. Poor guy, maybe we should take up a collection?
