Sound Clips
OK,,,, It took me forever to figure out the picture resizing thing, now this. I've figured out how to record to my computer, how exactly do you resize the sound clip to fall within Peter's guidelines?

Scott, you might have webspace available through your ISP. I have an earthlink account which comes with a small amount of webspace that I have been using to host my music specifically so that I can make it available on forums.
If you do have the webspace, then upload your music files to the web, and then post the address as a link (I can never remember the code, so I always have to look it up again).
What kind of computer do you have? I have a Mac, and use a program called "Fetch" to upload stuff to the web.
Worst case scenario, you can create a myspace music page and post your music pretty quickly and easily there. But DON'T make a regular account! Make sure you make a music account from the beginning. Here's the link:
myspace music account sign up
The problem with using myspace is that you can't link directly to your songs, you have to point people towards your page and then hope that they listen!
Good luck! It can be a hassle at first, but once you figure it out, it's fun! Looking forward to hearing your bass(es)! I'm glad more and more people are posting recordings of their basses! It's more fun just looking at them...

Scott, you can upload to this site. This is the site I recommended to Ginger Lee and it seems to be working out well.
