Chronology of Rics

Post by harvey49 »

I know there are a lot of people out there who have this knowledge in their heads or can source through their own records. But has anyone committed the model types, years of production, specific features, colours etc etc to a spreadsheet file?

If someone has already done this, what are the chances of getting a copy of this work? For someone who lacks the intricate knowledge of the above, what an invaluable resource this would be!!

Colors are covered here. Some of the models are covered in the Smith book.

The Rickenbacker Page has a color chart. The Rickenbacker Book has a reference section. Read it before you go to sleep and then you can dream about them all you want....

When my journey as a Rickaholic began, I did that! Image

I still dream about them, even when I am awake.... Image

Melissa, Its good to see you coming to terms with your Rickaholism. As we all know, admitting your problem is the first step to recovery. I, for one am still in denial.

John, have you decided what to do with that half-a-'72 yet? It was an Azureglo, wasn't it?

I'm waiting on a 73 that I re-necked.
I can't decide on what peg-head to use for halffy.
Once I see how it goes together I'll choose a color.
Azurglo is cool, but my Maple is too pretty to paint.
Maybe Autumnglo or Maybe Hudsonglo....

Ho ho ho, and a tee-hee-hee

Eric the Half-A-Bass...
