My friend Bill and I are gearing up for a gig on August 3rd....our debut performance as "Melibee and Billy D!" I will for sure be using my PW BBR 481 on a few of the songs, and it will be the debut gig for that guitar as well! Image

I am hoping we can do some recording during one of our practice sessions soon, so I have something worth submitting, LOL!

Mike (Kkm), e-mail me (e-mail address in my profile) for the ship-to address.

Melissa, a live recording might be interesting as well, if you have the gear and logistics to do it.

Hmmmmm.... I'll have to ask Bill if that would be feasible--he's the guy with all the sound equipment! If we do that, could we extend the deadline for a couple of days? The cutoff is just two days after the gig....

I don't think that it would be a problem, Melissa, as I will be waiting for stragglers anyway ... Image

Gary, will an MP3 work or are we talking about SERIOUS recordings? I'm talking about something I can cook up on a Tascam.

We decided against MP3's Dave, so WAV file, or preferably an audio CD is the format....
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

No problem. It'll make an audio CD just fine. And in much higher fidelity - which is probably why you nix'd the MP3. Thank you!

Gary and Tony - I just wanted to thank you both for undertaking this Herculean effort. Just the sheer amount of personal time involved and the saintly patience you show with our pedantic and oft time repetitive questions. I will drink a beer to you all this evening!!! Thanks again.
