How many of us are holding off on making any new purchases in anticipation of something special for the 75th.?

Ditto.
If there isn't a 12 string Rickenbacker playing at my funeral, I'm leaving.

If you were at the right concert last night, you might have noticed something "special".

I wonder if that would have been: John Kay, Steppenwolf, Jefferson Starship, Quicksilver, Messenger Service, Vanilla Fudge at Pacific Amphitheatre.

Guys, Mr. Hall posted this on the RIC site:

"Well, I'll tell you that the cat was let out of the bag last night. If you had been at the Vanilla Fudge-Quicksilver-Jefferson Starship-Steppenwolf concert last night, you'd have seen exactly what the cat was playing!

I took photos- wonder is anyone else caught it?"

Did anyone else catch it? Come on, let's do the detective work.

"The magic number this time is 300. Or more specifically, 4 x 75." A quote from John Hall..

The plot thickens....
"Freedom of expression is important, but I have learned that people want to know how much you care before they care how much you know."
The only time a bass player gets noticed is when he stops playing.

Stan,

I agree.

That's my take on it as well. I could be wrong, I usually am....but I SURE HOPE a bass is in there somewhere! Image
