So, it's a limited run of 75 of each of 4 current production models in a limited edition colour (probably silver or something metallic).

Though, they say curiosity killed the cat!

"Curiosity killed the cat?"

BUT they also say that "Satisfaction brought him back"!

From Mr. Hall on the RIC site forum:

"No limited editions.

No new models.

My current cat's name is Smokie Joe (although my wife refers to him as that 'Furry *******')."

It's a clever ruse, a cunning plan to throw us off. I bet this is RIC 's "Official Obfuscation Policy" Image DRAT!

Re-issuing a Capri, for example, would not be a new model. As far as "no limited editions", perhaps Mr. Hall was referring to something like a Lemmy or limited run of a special or new model, as opposed to a special color on existing models.

As much as most of you know I am a huge Kantner (music - not politics) fan I doubt very much there will be a PK signature model.

I'd say- it's gotta be in the 300 line. 4x75 = 300. I'd say it's going to be a re-issue of a 330 of some sort. One that's a little different than what you can get today.

So we've heard previously that there is a new colour which was a happy accident (made from an existing colour), that guitars and basses will be sprayed this colour (Ben Hall). Four models are likely and that it will be limited to 75 of each. John's cat is called Smokey Joe - what colour is a cat called Smokey if not a grey/silver. I'll go for translucent jetglo burst with some sweet anniversary details.

Hmm... isn't the metallic Midnight Blue finish made from spraying blue over silver? I wonder if you could get a Smokie Joe color by spraying black over silver?
