Sorry if that's an off-topic, but anyway, it's Searchers related & i'm quite sure this version was inspired (or, at least, influenced) by the Searchers' version of the song - n'est-ce pas?

Sounds like the version they used to do in their live show. The current version in their live show sounds like a cross between that and the original [which was heavy on the chords]. In any case, sure isn't the CLOVERS! Wasn't bad.
