Oh, BTW, Bill is the "real" musician, too.... Image

Melissa,
Just bookmarked the site and couldn't help but notice the temperature - 71...and it feels like 71. Ah for the days of those wonderful northern Minnesota summers at my Grandpa's cabin! But no, here I am sweating my tail off in SE Virginia...high today 98 and humid...ecchhh!
But in a little over three weeks, I'll be in CA!

Not to hijack the thread, but Johneek, I'm just up 64 from you in Richmond, and ya, it's hot!

98 and humid? It's been like that here nearly every day for the last 3 weeks.... Today is indeed a welcome break from the heat, although the temp is steadily rising already....

Hope it's cooler for my outdoor gigs!

We're supposed to be on our way to 40°C here today (104°F) and it is very humid. We NEVER see 40°C in Montreal. Our news reported over 42°C (108°F) in Toronto yesterday.

Hope everyone is ok and found some relief.

Good luck today Melibee, I'll be listening.

Melissa,
Well, I'm hoping for your sake that the studio has paid their electric bills and you're cool as a cucumber...in more ways than one!

I can't wait! I am hoping to leave work early to catch it at home. Even if I'm still at work I can listen at my desk. I can't wait!

Just tuned in to make sure it works. Sounds very interesting. They are playing some type of Stereolab-sounding thing.

I have the link up and ready. Hopefully my phone does not continue ring off the hook. It's a shame when work gets in the way of a bit of enjoyment.
