I would have asked Melissa's permission first. It may have been a broadcast (which means everyone can listen live) but there are limitations/restrictions for recording/distribution. Plus, it's her stuff.

It's not a problem, I'm just looking to help out some people who might have missed it. If Melissa has a problem with it, I won't post it.

You have the official OK, so bring it on Steve. This is great...

Melissa, I would start to work out your endorsment deal with John Hall for the Melibee Signature Purpleburst model. You may have to take a little flack from Paul W. about the "rights" to the color, but I'm sure you can set him back in his boots without a problem.

And of course, the Melibee Signature Purpleburst™ will also have to be available in 330, 360, 620, 650, 4001-5, Comstock, left-handed, reverse headstock, double check binding, gold guards, Ric-O-Sound, MOP inlay, red-fretboard-dot, 12-saddle bridge, 4-, 5-, 6-, 7- and 12-strings, Accent vibrato, Rose Morris versions.

People will wait FOREVER for them to get made and delivered, but you can make a bundle off the endorsements.

Yeah, I missed it too Image ... I tried to get my colleague to go to lunch around 12:30, but it was about 1:40 when we finally went (webcast at 2:00 local time) ... GRRR!!!!

I'm hoping to get that posted tonight, I had some other stuff to clear out that jumped in line ahead of it! Sorry for the delay!

Here is my fumbled attempt. It sounds pretty good I think, except it ends midway through song #2. Sorry Melissa!!!

Absolutely marvellous Melissa. Joan Baez move over. This song has a Diamonds and Rust sound to me. Very original though, I love it. Thanks to Jason for this nice recording.

It was my pleasure. Sneaked out of work early, went home, set up the computer, cracked open a beer, and listened to some cool out-of-town radio featuring our own Melibee! Then it was off to the jam. Twas a good day.

Cool! Kinda reminded me of Blackmore's Night - in the best sense, of course, since i like their kind of music.
