Mine is finally up, I think...

The sound is not as good as Jason's...I was at work and didn't have all the cables I needed, so I stuck a computer speaker in front of the jam box microphone. McGuyver would have been proud. Image

Thanks Steve, I had missed most of the second song live when I got called away from my desk so it was great to get to hear it all. And great show, Melissa!

Thank you again, everyone....you all amaze me!

The gig was last night, and it was really fun.... I'll start another thread about that after I get my hubby to process some of the pics for me!

....Might have to wait a couple of days, as we're in the middle of our local flurry of music, fun, and general frenzied activity known as Fisherman's Picnic!

I hear they have a lot of talented acts performing there! Did you get to rock out electrically at the gig? Image

Just had the chance to give a listen.

Kudos Melissa! Very nice indeed! Congratulations!

Jason, thanks for the upload! I wouldn't have been able to hear it without your help!

Thanks, Tony. Image

Steve, the band that will be performing at tonight's street dance is called "Vintage Mink," and they supposedly do classic rock covers.... Their name reminds of Paul Boyer's awesome bass! I'll have to wander the two blocks to downtown to see if they're any good.... Image

....BTW, they ROCKED!!!! (Although their one Beatles cover, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, was kind of lame....) Their other covers and originals were pretty good, and very high-energy. The guitarist used a Strat and an LP, and the bass was a Fender jazz.... Would have been cool if their instruments were finished in "mink glo" to match their name, LOL!
