Installing an Accent vibrato on a 330/360/etc

Post by keb »

Kinda searched around, I think I found the answer, but to install a vibrato on a 330 or 360 or what-have-you, it's just a matter of removing the "R" tailpiece and screwing in the vibrato in its place, right? Piece o' cake and easy as pie, more or less?

Absolutely. Real simple, no extra holes. Totally reversible. It mounts via the strap button. In fact, the Ac'cent will also cover the holes from the R tailpiece.

If it were a trapeze tailpiece, two of the holes would be visible after the vibrato installation.

Cool, this is pretty much what I thought. Thanks for the clarification.

Actually, I've just checked and all four trapeze holes are visible after an Ac'cent installation.

No worries with the R tailpiece replacement though.
