Would if I could, J-man. Glad to see you're out there doing your thing. My band played its first official rock show last night. Had a great turnout (32) and I am proud to say they were all, 100%, there for us. Can you believe the headliners had zero in attendance? I gave them some of our door money in a gesture of goodwill. Pay for their gas and new strings, at least.

The gig went great! There must have been 15,000 poeple there, man what a great crowd. This place was first rate all the way; we had private dressing rooms, were treated like a headliner, etc. I even had a choice of backlines to use. Let's see, should I use the... (details in the Basses section).

Still a very healthy crowd, Jeff! I went to an amateur gig a month or so ago and there were only 50 or 60. But what an enthusiastic lot they were!!

What is it they say? "Size doesn't matter."
