The JG was traded for a 1975 Azure-Glo that was sometime in '76, I miss that one for several reasons. The Maple-Glo currently resides at one of the local studios, she's beat but still one hell of a player, and still gets "The Tone" which is why it is at the studio,

I love the bass. We really have to do something about your guitar player though. Yes I know that I am repeating myself.

Any pics of the crowd? Was it a good turn out and did you all have fun? Because that is the main objective.

Back in the mid '70s for some reason I can't recall I put Schaller M4S tuners on it. They turned out to be rather heavy so I replaced them with Hipshot Ultralite tuners a couple years ago which perfectly balanced the bass. There were already 11/16" holes in the headstock so using the ULs with 11/16" posts made the job simple.

I keep trying to do something about our guitarist to no avail; he is simple a cheapskate and insists on playing $300.00 Ibanez guitars!

This is about a fourth of the area covered by poeple.
