Fantastic pics, Jeff! It even looks loud out there. I take it that's your smaller, more 'portable' rig...... LOL! Image

Is that a David Eden rig on the left?

The JC-120 is indeed my favourite amp because I own one but there are plenty out there that I haven't tried, so I reckon something else might take my fancy if I spent time on it.

The JC-120 is a great amp. You can play it really loud and it stays clean, no distortion. I have an old beat-up JC-77 and it's a lot of fun.

Okay, so I am a folk/indie musician now. But once a year in August, we get the old metal band back together for one big show. This show happened to land on the day my 4005WB arrived. Image

And yes, folks: IMO, the 4005's live up to the hype and then some!

Dont take me wrong John. She looks beautiful the way she is.

Most of the guys have older 4005's with toasters. I guess Im just used to that look.

You got lucky with that one by the way. I actually had my wife looking over my shoulder and was ready to hit the button, but I balked at the last minute. I told my wife it wouldnt last a half hour. It took approx. 15 mins. for you to hit the button.

John, it looks like it was a fun gig. If that 4005 was mine, I'd be tempted to put toasters in it also. But if you are happy the way it is, keep the higains installed.

I've been hankering for a hollowbody lately and I certainly would have scored that 4005 had I seen it first.......congrats BTW!

I'd probably give HB-1's a go in it if it were mine. Image
