OK, this is hardly original but for my 4001st post I am sharing this pic of my favorite 4001.

Now that you've had your 4002nd post, I'll be needing to borrow 'er until my 4002nd post.

A perfect choice for the 4001 Ted. I had a feeling that would be the candidate for post 4001.

Of course, you are one of the lucky few who can post 4002 with relevant reference too. Image

Is that a eighties 4003er?

The series stops here. Sadly I have no 4005 to show (or 4000) for that matter. I had SO many chances over the years to buy a 4005 CHEAP. Nobody wanted them back in the 70's and many hung in guitar stores getting dusty. This is the last one until I reach 4080.

Thanks Andrew. She gives me a lot of pleasure.

Pablo: Yes, the 4003 is an '85 and it is the only "standard" 4003 I own. The others are S/5s, an S/8, and some special editions.

Really nice Ted. They are all real cool, but my fave is also the '63. What a beauty.

Thanks John. She speaks to me too. That picture does not do her justice either.
