Oil Can Guitars

I picked one of these up the last time I was in South Africa and had a blast with it....great sound. Anybody else have one or had any experiences with them?

Dave Gregory has something similar as a "pick of the month" here:http://www.guitargonauts.com/. His is a Kinkade Castrol Classic which was clearly inspired by the South African model. Pretty slick!

Ehm. Not me, really - somebody else here needs a good bass.

But when (if?) that happens, i'll try it, of course. Always loved the sound of bass & dreamt about learning how to play...
