Glen Frey on eBay

Post by bassduke49 »

There's a nice looking 2030 Glen Frey in Telford, England, on eBay right now. High rated seller, too:

I would really like this bass! Any of our British members interested in acquiring this for me? Please! Pretty please! Image

I will not be able to see the end of this auction due to travel plans.

There are 1000 of them? Uh, where the heck are they then??? The 1000 4001CS litter the landscape (so to speak).

1000?? that seems like alot.

Chris Clayton had one a year or two ago he couldnt seem to give away, priced at $1495.00

I almost bought it. As far as the 2000 series goes, I think the Glen Frey is pretty sharp.

The cert that came with my Redneck says there are 125 of them. That does not seem right. I wonder if they did not complete the series.

That's my favorite of all the 2000 series basses.

Does that 1000 include both the guitar and bass?

Even if the 1000 includes both, where are they?

Maybe Glen Frey is hoarding them.

I could swear somebody here said that the run was never completed.

If that is true, does that mean RIC could still make them?

The run was never completed. There. I said it again. :-)
Ok, the run was completed but 1000 instruments were not built. ;-)

Are the necks on these thin or baseball bats?
