I was only able to attend the events on Friday, but that was such a great day, and I'll never forget it.
Thanks to the Hall family and all RIC employees for allowing us into the factory. I am very glad that the tour was on a weekday, because it was a great experience to watch the guitars being constructed. Furthermore, I enjoyed meeting a lot of the employees and just being in the factory to begin with. The museum upstairs was quite impressive, as well!
The confluence at the hotel was just great. All of the guitars were very impressive (thanks to everyone who brought one!) I also loved the RIC case stands - I'll definitely be purchasing one (or more

) of those in the future.
It was also great to meet a lot of you, and share the experience with everyone who came from around the world. My only regret is that I never had the chance to introduce myself to a few people. John Koelling being one of them... (John, I only saw your nametag near the end of the day on Friday, while music was still being played, and I didn't want to interrupt, otherwise I'd have said hello. Next time!) For those that I didn't meet, I was the one who looked like a 21-year old

.
Anyways, Dale was great fun to watch. I think 'Twist and Shout' was one of the coolest moments of the day for a lot of us. When I looked around the room during that song, there were a lot of smiles and grins during the "ah" harmonies.
Kenny and his band were awesome. Excellent setlist all the way around, and the opening chord from AHDN was great to see live. What a sound! I loved the 12-string solo on 'Nowhere Man,' by the way... That came off very well!
The only bad part about Friday was having to leave at 9:30 pm so I could drive back to San Diego, go to sleep, and wake up at 4:30 am to work on Saturday!!
What a great day it was though... Thanks again to RIC and to everyone who attended.
