Written in the style of "Bus Stop" by the Hollies. Hermans Hermits No Milk is not one of my faves.

The cartoon tries to add another unexplored dimension but falls short too IMO.

'No Milk Today' and 'Bus Stop' are similar, in that they were both written by Graham Gouldman. He was a songwriter who played in The Mockingbirds and later in 10cc. He wrote hits for The Hollies, The Yardbirds, Herman's Hermits and others.

He produced the underrated 1981 "Pleasant Dreams" album by the Ramones...and he worked with God McCartney.

Also a fabulous bassist, one of my faves. And using a Jetglo '73 4001 too! Any 10cc album, but especially The Original Soundtrack or How Dare You showcase him nicely.
