Pignose B100-v, any experiences????

Post by stevefox »

Hello Everyone.
Just recieved a answer to a query I had from the Fella's at Pignose amps letting me know that they are in negotiations with a dealer over here in the UK about possibly getting a distribution deal here.
I was just curious though, has anyone here actually played through on of these amps??
They sure do look the business, 100watts of all valve power, looks good.
Looking forward to reading your views.
Steve

i played one for about a 1/2 year. a nice, simple tube amp.

quite solid in construction, great tube sound, but a little noisy (too much for studio, not a problem live).

for the price, i'd recommend it for your first foray into tubes as the benchmark SVT is quite an investment.
