Rickenbacker M-12 Electro

I was recently given an old M-12 Electro. I don't really know anything about these old amps and was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about them.

Specs:
1x12 Combo
1 6L6G tube
1 6L6GC tube
1 5U4 Raytheon Tube
2 smaller tubes (I can't remember the tube model off hand and I'm away from my house)

I would really like to know what I've got in my hands and how to take care of it. It's in immaculate condition and I would like to keep it that way. If anyone has any recommended vintage amp shops who can do repair work on it I'd greatly appreciate that kind of info as well.

JM, does your amplifier look like the inside of this one?
