Cool tunes, Tom. Sorry to hear that was the "final show." Here's some of my stuff:

Great looking bass! Here's my black & chrome everything 4001. I swear I have actual pics of me playing it somewhere, just none are scanned. So here's a facsimile until I can find a real one.

This is my first Rick. I bought it when I was 17. It was the first cool thing I bought with my own money.

Mark, I have always liked that bass. How do you keep finger prints off it? Or maybe in this case ink smudges.....?

Dude - the smudges & prints... can't keep them off it. That bass gets prints on it just by walking within 10 feet of it. I always have to give it a good buffing down everytime I play it. Which isn't a bad thing. I think that's why the chrome has stayed so new looking over the years. Except for the horseshoe mags - the chrome is pretty well worn there. That's why I got the 4001SLH - so I had a bass in my collection that I didn't have to put so much maintenance into and could gig with without worrying about it getting kicked around.

Yep, like that one too. Neat concept a reverse leftie - Hendrix meets Rickenbacker. Real eye catcher. Did you do the art on it? Cool doodle art ala Ric...

Thanks. Yeah, I hand-painted that using acrylic. For more pics of it, check out my album on the Bjorn Eriksson site:

Playing in a cover band is about the most creatively de-stimulating thing I can possibly do as a musician at this point in my life. But I make money and get free beer. And of course, the 4005WB gets to come out to play.

Nice pics, John, but you don't look quite right with that WB - I'd like to help you out and take it off your hands cheaply! :D :D ;)

Hey Mark and John,

Cool basses and cool pictures. Mark, I really like that paint job on your bass and you have a G. Lee kinda look. You must be a bass master Image

John, I'll bet your bass sounds like an upright. Tim B. Schmidt look, too!
