Nice pics, Bill.

>>.I was talking to my bud today about how it's hard to photo these guitars--at least for someone with my photo skills.<<

I think everyone was more successful than me at capturing the amber color. It seems missing completely from my pix. I need a better camera.

But it's there on the guitar for sure.

thanks guys! Glen, I think your pics capture the guitar way better than mine--I just couldn't get the flash to deflect enough. I may take another stab in natural daylight tomorrow--

But enough about pics!! Does this guitar sound great or what??? I know it's essentially the same as the c64s, but has anybody compared them?

Don't have a c64 to compare it too but I can't imagine it would be even a hair different.

I have a '66 325 but it's with Dale Fortune now. So I can't compare it to that, at least for a while, either.

Tony and I discovered that our guitars have consecutive serial numbers. I'll bet most of the ones recently received are all pretty close.

I'm trying to figure out what the going rate for one of these is, but no dealers have emailed me back yet. If any of you could shoot me an email telling me what you paid, or if you just know what they're going for, i'd appreciate it. Image

I really love the AFG. I can't get over the warmth and richness of the color. I put it side by side with my 350V63FG and it stands out even more.
