Hey, Aitch, I talked to my grandma about meeting you at the train station and hanging out for the day. Most likely going to the falls or something. She'd like a little more info so we can plan this all out. Send me an off forum reply for all the special stuff. Image The email in my profile is still what I use.

Ron,

Aitch did not get much sight seeing yesterday. We worked most of the day and into the wee hours of the morning putting down the bed track of a song that we were working on. Most of the time was spent editing drums, creating fills etc and rough mixing the track. Vocals will be laid down later today. Final mixing will occur sometime later this week, but of course Aitch will be continuing on his journey tomorrow.

He has been a great guest despite what he says, in fact we are going to miss having him around.

Love to hear the results of this collaboration when it's done, if that's at all possible. Image

Sounds like it's going to be something quite spectacular to put in the old experiences file Howard!!

It sure will be, Ron. We managed to finish it off today and do the final mix. Brian and I are extremely happy with the result and it may be the first of a number of collaborations. We'll have to discuss that with our manager, of course! Image

Keep your eyes peeled for the release here on the forum!

Oh yes. This time, Yoko didn't manage to come & play with you, but next time... watch out! Image

Thanks Sheena,

I am back in my office now. I just dropped Aitch off at the airport. That was probably one of the hardest things to do in recent memory. It was sad to see him leave. We had such a great time while he was here.

My wife and I are making plans to go to Oz next year and visit with Aitch and hopefully I'll catch up with the rest of the blokes on the forum that are in general area.

I am looking forward to that trip already. So look out Ron, Darren and Greg. The Canucks are coming to a place near you.

Just checked in to the hotel in TO and will be heading out to Pearson shortly to collect the world traveler. I'm glad you all had too much fun Brian, less pressure out here. Of course the one beer will be ready. Really... it'll only be one! Image

All is ready for the TO mini-confluence tomorrow too, thanks to Steve and Richard.

Woo Hoo!

I hope you are able to make those plans a reality Brian. It would be great to meet you, along with others who've expressed an interest in coming down under - you'd all be most welcome!

Hang on to your hat Ron we are definitely coming down next year. I look forward to having a good old fashioned chin wag (plus a grog or two indigenous to Australia) with you and my good friend Aitch. We miss him already and he's only been gone a few hours.

Perhaps we can muck around a bit with guitars too?
