I thought i would post a wee update from Aberdeen.

1: I drove down to Newcastle the other week to find the elusive 341LS i saw the previous year. Unfortunately the store had shut down, but i might place a few wanted ads in the local papers to see if it's still in the area.

2: I attended the BBC Fame Academy audition in Glasgow on May 25th - So people might get a glimpse of my mapleglo 360V64 when it gets televised next month

3: I found out today i'm gonna be a dad for the first time - So if Mike Smith is reading this, i will be keeping an eye out for short scale Ric (Yes, i am going to be a pushy parent - If a child of mine ever came home with a Fender, it would be grounded for a month)

Steve,

I did the very same wild goose chase in Newcastle!!

Congratulations on the news, I have the perfect 'baby' for your forthcoming arrival, a Combo 950 from 1964.
