The energy that Kenny brought to this set, and to the set at HOB, was incredible!

Not to mention that it's the FIRST time I've ever seen ALL THREE of the instrumental breaks/opening chord of AHDN done 100%.

Made me wish I was 15 again...

When I heard that opening chord at the hotel there, I almost soiled myself. You just don't get quality like that in Florida.

Awww shucks y'all.

My favorite part of that clip was Mike Simmons waving his hand and going "woo-hoo!" after we hit The Chord!

Man, that video doesn't even do it justice. I don't know what was better Kenny, that chord or when you first lit the Lightshow up (Maybe in "The Kids Are Alright"?).

If I would've known all that I was missing Friday night I would have totally called in sick to my night job. Next time I'll be there! John, thanks so much for the video. Glad all of you with the video cameras took time to film. Image
Kenny, you rock.

So, Kenny, care to post the opening chord? I've been meaning to ask you to teach it to me like you did gtr+gtr+bass.

Here are two more Kenny & Co. videos... I tried to email Kenny about them, but I think I had the wrong address. :P

I started recording a few clips during Kenny's set using a digital camera. The sound quality is alright, but the lighting isn't too great. I'm sorry that the camera wasn't steady for a few seconds during a couple of the songs... I had to keep reminding myself to stop tapping my foot, but I couldn't help it! Image I wish I would have had the idea to record while the Lightshow was in use! Doh!

Anyways, if John Williams kept filming after A Hard Day's Night, then he probably has the next two songs as well, but here's a preview/teaser either way. Image

Here is the second half of "I Can't Explain"

and here is "Nowhere Man"

That night was incredible... everyone who played did a fantastic job.

Jason, try 353533 ;).

I can't see these web.mac.com videos. Quicktime say there is a missing component but that it is unavailable from their website!
