RIC factory webcam

Post by rickfan60 »

It would be really cool to have a RIC factory webcam. Just think how cool a Kenny cam would be or better yet an Alison cam.... Well maybe just occasional views of parts of the factory floor. What would you like to see in a RIC webcam?

I heard that some sort of factory web cam is available to those in the know...

"...in the know" is the key phrase Steve. Since I was threatened with termination from their board, I doubt I will ever be in the know.

As web cams are a common security method for many businesses, it wouldn't be surprising at all if RIC used them to allow remote viewing of their facilities.

I agree, it would be cool, but can you imagine how annoying that would be for our friends at the factory? Us obsessives always peering over their shoulders - 'Hey whatcha working on? How many BBRs are you planning to spray today?' etc

Not that *I* would do that of course... Image

Apparently they already have one but access is restricted. Oh well.

There is a rumour of a pallet of unfinished webcams hidden in the factory.

That can't be the factory floor. I don't see Kenny sleeping or the 75th anniversary 360s. Image
