Another copy on eBay

There is a "classic electric 12 string" on eBay that is not advertised as a Ric, but at first glance appears to be a vintage 360/12. It is missing the truss rod cover, and the seller claims not to know anything about guitars. He has said that there is no serial number on the input jack plate, and there is only one truss rod. It is eBay Item number: 260031960541

IT IS NOT A RICKENBACKER. THE KNOBS HAVE BEEN REPLACED. I'LL BET THE SELLER IS NOT BEING TRUTHFUL IN HIS LISTING EITHER.

I've seen that a couple of times before. Wondered if clocking Rickenbackers was legal or not...
