Do you think that's a little high for this to start at? (I know things are worth what people will pay etc but just after your gut feelings on this one)

It is in extraordinarily good shape. They are rarely that clean anymore.

I can understand that for like a 73 SVT or something!

Though the 3000 series ain't light - mine is 13lbs.
