Looking for a list or link of some 12 string electric guitar songs from the 60's and early 70's.

It's not quite early '70s, but a lot of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers stuff has some tasty 12-string on it. The Waiting is a great 12-string rhythm part. The Breakup Song by Greg Kihn is a twelve, as are some early Hollies songs (Bus Stop comes to mind). Little Girl by the Syndicate of Sound has a nice introduction and middle four on it, as well.
Genesis...all albums up through "Selling England By The Pound"(which was their fifth) would fit into the "60's and early 70's" time frame, and all are loaded with twelve-strings...sometimes three going at once. Also, the Yes tune "And You And I" on the album "Close To The Edge"...and Led Zeppelin's "The Rain Song"...and I seem to recall something by LZ called "Hairway To Steven", or something along those lines...
There's also a bit of mind-blowing electric twelve work on various cuts by Mahavishnu Orchestra...The albums "Birds Of Fire" and "Apocalypse" are both good sources...

I didn't get where I am today by being on time...

Dane, I think the only 12 string useage on "The Rain Song" was when they played it live - Jimmy would leave both necks on and play the 6 string neck, while the 12 string neck strings were in a sympathetic tuning.
I remember playing with the panning on my Houses of the Holy casette - one side was acoustic, the other side sounded like his Danelectro.
But there is cool 12 string work on Houses of the Holy - "The Song Remains The Same".
