In response to a question on the RIC forum about whether or not all 75ths will have thin necks, JH said the following:
"Given that these instruments have not yet been produced, I can't answer that now.
We are currently delivering both types and will for awhile; whether we make the final cut-over complete by the time of the 75th anniversary production nobody knows."
Sounds like some of those getting 75th 4003s will have thin necks, and maybe others will not...as if 75 in the world didn't make them unique enough.

Greg, with regret I will follow your lead if it comes with a fat neck.
I am confident that they will have the slimmer necks, after all it's a 4003 that was ordered long after the new neck profile was announced. Had I ordered a 4003 AFG on the same day it would come with a new neck. I don't get why this special color should not have the new neck.
