With the black and white binding? Or is there more than one this way?

Yeah, the headstock.

Tuners are wrong and I dont think thats all.

Whats wrong?? That bass look legit except for new tuners. The jetglo is typical greenish and that black/white binding, think it´s called thin line(?), I have seen on several basses from that period. Not bad if you ask me:-)

I would love to see a picture from the rear of the head stock as some thing is not right here.

The tuners are definitely wrong. They don't project out far enough from the side of the headstock, & they're too big. They look like the ones commonly found on fakers, though the bass looks real enough.

the pickguard looks like it's made of the same material as my 4002....with the black and white laminate.......

Looks to me like light reflecting from the pickguard edges, Dale. It's a single-ply 1/8" thick Ric pickguard.

now that ya mention it........yer right........plus, the laminated version on mine is beveled with two white layers........
