Can't remember, Kevin. It was west on 12th or 24th or something. Nice place, entered in the side of the building - the front was glass windows and the door was shut off. It's been a couple years... my wife and I will be in Erie visiting our daughter in a few weeks - any gigs coming up?

That's the place. West 26th street.

We'll be at a little local place about 30-40 minutes south of Erie on Oct 7th.
If that's the weekend, shoot me an email if you want directions.
I'll buy you a beer! Image

Great! Not sure which weekend yet - she is starting a new job Monday and Mom and I haven't decided which will work for us but I'll do that when we have it figured out. I'd like to hear that V63!

Ah, 'Bender's are heavy-duty! Image

I usually have both V's.

"Ah, 'Bender's are heavy-duty!"

But great tasting! We usually get a case to take home. Mad Anthony and Presque Isle are decent seconds....

I didn't know you had two V's - must be nice!

I just bought an Ampeg BA115 HPT 220wt combo amp, and I must say it is one of the best amps I have ever owned. It has one 12AU7 tube in the pre-amp, so it is very warm sounding compared to my old rig. It fits my Rickenbacker basses perfectly, as well as being plenty loud and portable too. Anyone looking at a small combo needs to take a serious look at these American made amps. I'm quite happy to say the least.
I recently went back to playing a Rickenbacker bass. Its like meeting an old friend again
