A little "attitude adjustment" (or the hint thereof) goes a long way.
Scammers seem to be pretty smug when they're anonymous, but I would think that a friendly visit from Police would change his tune quickly.

Paul, I would recommend what Stan did, contact the state's AG and the local DA.

I did file with RECOL, which ties in with AGs and the RCMP to bust internet and eBay fraud. I think a note from these people that an investigation has been opened, might just do the trick.

If not, I've got his address, Jocelyn. And I'm good at waiting.

Sorry for what?..
Anyway, if email "flashmobbing" is against the law, no matter how innocent the content is, then i'm sorry for that suggestion.

"Saskabush" is a couple of Provinces away, but I do have some friends who are bikers, who know bikers etc...if that would be of some assistance?

Richard, in reality if you know one you know hundreds. They generally believe in an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. I find that type of secondary insurance somewhat comforting at times.

It is quite comforting when you run into them socially and they buy the beer, and yes I know more than one of them...they generally like musicians...R...Sheena: in this instance, quite a combination, eh!...on the other hand..one of my local barmaids just informed me that you can make 10,000. grand off of one time with one bull...scary

...and an organ for an organ?

Oh yes, I almost forgot Paul you really would like the organ over the chance of regaining your money or perhaps the ability to realize some other misshapen "form" of satisfaction.

Thanks, Richard. I've lost hope on the organ, but the cash would come in handy, of course.
