Need a favor... NOS truss rods - can anyone help?

Guys, I have won this set of NOS dual truss rods on eBay, but the seller ships only to the US, Europe, Canada, Australia, and Japan - and I'm located in Israel (that's in Asia).

Can someone in the US or Europe receive the rods and send them to me? I will of course pay immediately for all shipping expenses.
