By pure fluke, both are within a mile of Teignmouth & are on the Friday & Sat night. Only small venues, but we play them both regularly & have a great time.

If I am in the area, I'll be sure to stop by for at least a set. Don't know if I'll be in Great Britain though ...

You would be VERY welcome Steve...as are you Peter. Really looking forward to seeing you again. Like I said, the hospitality wont be 5 star, but you're welcome to the cabin!

WOW...two gigs & two visits from much respected & much liked forum members in one weekend...doesn't get much better than that!

A "well-respected" lefty ? Hmm, in my experience, those lefties come from left field, and are generally whacko. But why not respect him anyway ? There's a place in the Rickenbacker community for everyone.

Lindsay, thanks for posting that picture of the group at our gig! Howard was great, and the whole band and family and friends enjoyed the weekend. Don't worry, Tony, he's not averse to loud music! He was a great sport at our show, taking in 3 sets at close range.

Howard - I have a CD of pictures for you. Let me know a mailing address for snail mail and I will send it. I would use email, but too many pictures of too much size, I'm afraid....

Tony, Dean forgot to mention that there were about a dozen 22 year old girls dancing within two feet of Mr. Bishop, so I'm not sure that he was paying close attention to the volume of the music ;-)

He's missing at the moment. He's supposed to be arriving today, but it's 3.21pm & no sign or contact...might have to organise a search party!

I wondered how long it would take Graham to find out I was going. He didn't do very well though, almost 24 hours! Come on then Graham, I suppose you're invited too. Fly down tomorrow and back Sunday. I think there is a dog kennel which hasn't been taken yet.
