I think that I speak for all of us that hosted Aitch, that he's an all round great chap. He was only with us for three days, but I wish that he could have stayed MUCH longer. He was great to have around & hope that he comes back & visits again very soon.

I also hope that Pete comes again soon (you can have the spare bedroom next time!), as his company was just as enjoyable & he lives a little closer....
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

On behalf of the Australian RickResource Forumites (A.R.R.F.), thanks to all of you for looking after our mate Aitch.

Right now he's somewhere in the skies between UK and Oz.

Greg, Ron and I will be welcoming Aitch home tomorrow with a mini-confluence at my place. Stories will be told, guitars will be played and beer will be drunk. Image

It's now time for us Aussies to return the hospitality. Who's up for a visit Downunder?

Dave Pascoe and his lovely wife are taking the plunge in January.

Who's next???

I know we certainly enjoyed his stay with us, and would welcome him again. He even left his mark on the interior decor!

Alisha, any time is a good time. Just remember our seasons are opposite to yours. October to March is great for sunshine and beaches.

John, you'd be more than welcome to come in January. Email me off line. Image

Multiply that feeling many times over and you'll have an idea of what it was like at the 75th and how we all felt during and as we all went our seperate ways back to reality.

"Just remember our seasons are opposite to yours."

So hot snow falls up? Crooks chase cops...

If anyone spots that quote, I'll be very impressed.

And yes, hanging with Aitch (and the rest of the crew) was TONS of FUN!!!

Surely this must be a forum "record" for the number of posts on ONE topic!
If, indeed it is,how entirely appropriate, that our mate Howard is the "record" holder!!!
All those in favor say... "Beers"!
Onya Aitch!
