this must be a forum "record" for the number of posts on ONE topic!

Nah, i don't think so. Look at "Post of picture of you playing your Ric" in Bass section. Over 2000 posts already! Image

Yeah, "human-related" as opposed to "guitar-related". Then, perhaps. But then again, the topic is not over yet, rrrright? Image

Just arrived from Heathrow...... 20 hours in the air and I'm knackered!! Not to the point where I'm unable to post here, though! Image

Looking forward to catching up with the lads tomorrow - should be a heap of fun - assuming I know what day it is!!

Also looking forward to jointly hosting anybody and everybody who would like to join us Down Under any time. My home is your home....

Thanks again to everybody for their generosity and hospitality. I'll be contacting you all individually to express my gratitude.

I've got quite a few pics to post, too!! Image

Happy to hear your home safe Howard! I sure enjoyed our visit in TO (and all the other forumites!).

While I bet you are exhausted, it is also quite an impressive expedition you have completed. What a great number of good folk you have met and spent time with. And what a great testament to the quality of people that frequent Peter's place!

I envy you for being able to make that journey and admire the global response to it. I hope I can arrange my own voyage of discovery down under, most importantly to meet everyone from the forum there! I just know it would be a stompin' time!

Thanks, Dean..... It was just fabulous meeting everybody and I still can't believe how welcome I was made to feel everywhere!

I've had 4 hours sleep so I'm a little above 'zombie' state - but not much! I know that all my experiences will stay with me forever - it was an incredible ride all the way.

Did you by chance find that pic of me and Lindsay in TO, Dean? It's not in my camera - hope I haven't deleted it. I need to keep up my reputation...... right?? Image

I managed to pick myself up a little parting gift from London, Peter. A rotten head and chest cold! Hope it gets worse..... I'd love to call in sick on Monday after 9 weeks away!! Image

Gulp! I hope that you didn't get it from me Howard. I don't think that Graham would have given it to you, he never gives anything away!

Glad you are home in one piece Image.

No probs, Peter. Probably picked it up from the scungy cab driver on Thursday. Or the dweeb I sat next to on the Singapore leg. On second thoughts, it couldn't have been him - I could only have caught verbal diarrhoea from him! Image

Sorry, Richard.... I didn't respond to your kind offer. Gladly, my friend!

The eagle has landed and were've off today to hear about all the great things Howard and Darren got up to - so it should be one hell of an afternoon, stories, guitars and beer, ahhh could this get any better?

From what I've heard it will be like a mini version of parts of the 75th - which is about as close as Greg and I will get to that event, but it should be loads of fun. I'm sure there will be some pics of this event posted!

"so it should be one hell of an afternoon"

Is that all it'll take?

Howard,
I am glad to hear (read) that you are safely home, and with an excuse to miss more work! Image

Shari and I very much enjoyed your stay; you have a place here anytime!
