What happened to Charlie?

Post by soundmasterg »

Peter, I was wondering what's happened to Charlie? I haven't seen a post from him in quite awhile.

I've read a few Vacuum Tube Valley magazines, he's big into hifi stuff, maybe guitar amps ain't his thing.
Speaking of The green giant, anyone ever hear "In the Valley of the ho, ho, ho, Green giant" by the Kingsmen?

Ummm, "the cat was color-blind..."?

Tryin' to forget, in fact. Now I'll be humming it for days. Dang.

This term has passed into English, too.

I've got all of the Vacuum Tube Valley magazines...they're good stuff, but yah, mostly hi-fi. He stopped at issue 20 and hasn't come out with anything new in a couple years....which bites because I renewed my subscription to it after issue 20. I should ask for my money back....

I also note that his site is currently down, which may be simply coincidental.

Hey Guys

Sorry for the long absence. I have been involved in a bunch of real estate projects for the last several months. Plus trying to keep my business going. I am now back and will try to answer any tube, amp, electronics questions that I have knowledge or experience with.
