Wow, Heather must have really cost him.

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but this seems a little creepy. Perhaps he is weary of the music biz and has decided to spend time and energy elsewhere. Don't know that I blame him.
I'm just happy to be here.

Don't beat me, but i'd never eat anything with a human's name on it... Bad associations, you know. An old joke: "There's a cow painted on a pack of canned beef, and pig on pork, etc, but Uncle Ben's has an old guy painted on their packs - what should that mean?!"

"In addition to vegetarian items, he is also seeking permission for the name on meat, fish, poultry and game."

So, does that mean he isn't a strict vegetarian?

"game" ??? I thought he was against hunting, or was that Heather's bag?

He could be probably setting up his extended family.. Like Stella and her clothing line. Maybe someone is into hunting.. I think it's a good move for him. I thought Madonna had something going like this...

So what happens with the bootleggers? They get punished for pirating the disc and then pay $100K for copyright infringement?

Paris Hilton has file an application to copyright "That's Hot!" as her catch phrase. She'll probably fail, similar to how Donald Trump was denied (I think) "You're fired!" as a trademarked term.
Listen to that sustain!

Har!

Is "Har!" protectable, I wonder?

I'm wondering if Macca is just covering all of his bases (Har! Pun intended), even if he doesn't have any real intention of using the trademark on all manner of products.

Probably has more to do with that young coutnry singer Jesse McCartney than anything else, I'd imagine.
