"The bass features a tone rich Alder body, maple 5 string 24 fret true bolt-on necks, rosewood fretboards, gold hardware, textured black finish, and active electronics."
OK, my next question: do people make set neck double neck basses and then paint on fake bolts?
I'm trying to convince a friend he needs this bass.

The shape of that thing kinda reminds me of the crazy green sparkle Mouradian bass that Chris Squire plays.

As for double neck basses. Tim Commerford of Audioslave has a cool custom shop Fender double neck Jazz which has two fretted four string necks the difference lies in the tuning, the upper neck is B-E-A-D and the lower neck is A-D-G-C.
Speaking of double neck monstrosities, check this out. This is how you screw up a nice G&L bass.

"The stronger one gets the stronger one smells." - Son Goku, Dragonball Z.
But that's because Tim Commerford is too stupid to figure out there's such a thing as a 6 string bass.Tim Commerford of Audioslave has a cool custom shop Fender double neck Jazz which has two fretted four string necks the difference lies in the tuning, the upper neck is B-E-A-D and the lower neck is A-D-G-C.
Listen to that sustain!
