Einar, did you mean "poignant" when referring to "From a Lover to a Friend?" I think the latter is more accessible by audiences and is maybe a little stronger as a piano-based tune. Not one of his best IMO but certainly not weak.

"My Love," "C-Moon," "Jet," "Let Me Roll It," and "Band on the Run" are Wings tunes. The Wings catalogue was certainly not ignored! :-)

J.O., OK, I see: Paul is prolific, but his song can't be! The danger of using someone else's language. Thanks for correcting! "Poignant" may be the correct choice. I simply think FALTAF is about the only memorable song on Driving Rain. Your Loving Flame was a "Heather" song, not? Probably we won't be hearing that one another time. Sorry for taking this (slightly) off topic.
Searchers amongst my teenage favourite music. Still fond of them, but earnestly a little puzzled they are considered THIS big! But I'm very excited about this forum, and will love to read it regularly, and also contribute!

Still sort of/kind of on target :-)
...and you're doing fine with the language, just wanted to make sure I didn't misunderstand.

I recently started listening to DR again and really dig "Lonely Road." I don't love the songs or the production on that record but that song stands out for me.
