More Ricks By The Beach

Post by rick_ovic »

Here are the latest in my "sunset" series of Rickenbacker photographs.

The first is my 700C which safely made the journey across the Pacific Ocean last month. It has become the "most frequently reached for" Rickenbacker in my collection...thanks Cole!

They shore are pretty Darren.

Hmmm. I like that acoustic wandering at the beach. I just wanna know where's that beach where acoustics take a walk without the guards. Image

Fireglo @ sunset!

I thought with you living on the east coast, it would have been sunrise. But then again, when was the last time you saw the sun rise? Image

Once again you've excelled in the photographic department, Darren.

Lucky you - 3 minutes from the beach. If I walked for 3 minutes and took some pics of my Ricks there would be a freeway construction zone in the background!! Image

Nice Darren, but a little TOO in focus.....you obviously haven't got a pub nearby, as we do in Teignmouth!
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

Very nice Darren. Perhaps you should submit those photos to Paul for the 2007 forum calendar.

Spectacular photos, Darren.... I think Brian is right, those would make fantastic calendar photos, as would your "Fatboy at the beach" shots.

BTW, I know what you mean about your Comstock being your "most frequently reached for" Ric--when I'm at home, mine is too! Image
