Mods: Seymour Duncan JB & '59 pickups, black knobs, black pu rings(not in pic), switch tip painted gold. The Mustang has officially replaced this one in my collection. Shoot me an email with JAGMASTER as the subject line. If you like, I can paint the vibrato tip gold with the same paint to match. I just never got around to doing that, or I would have. $350+shipping for forumites only. Thanks!

Jdog, I had one of these a couple of years ago and they are hott little geetars, esp. considering the price.

My bandmate uses one -first thing he did was yank the stock HBs and have some single coils installed.
In ways it's a 'best of both worlds' guitar in that it dodges the idiosyncrasies of the true Jag/Jazz models (wiring/saddles/trem) and uses the sturdier Strat bridge/trem assy.

Hey! Watch your mouth!!! ha ha ha just kidding. Thanks for the support, Noel. The trem rests right down on the body, so I never have to worry about it 'returning' to a spot out of tune. No visible damage to the finish yet, either.
Correction: I must eat those words. There is enough room between the trem and body to slip a business card in, but not a credit card.
