Rickenbacker M-8E

I just got home from Iraq and one of the tings I bought off EBAY was this amp. While I was cleaning it up I found a few numbers on the bottom of the wood It is stamped in with 2936 does anyone know these numbers mean. Thanks Alot

Welcome home! Were there any other numbers/letters? If the speaker is original (Jensen?) you can also date it using the code on it.

There are numbers on the Transformer.. This amp is really cool to look at when I dropped the Chassis down and saw the point to point wirring in it...
