Looks like a TR50B to me, I've seen a few for sale here in the UK usually for £150-£200 for a clean example. £400 is rather optimistic for one in that condition (so is £200 come to that!).

I have a few Rickenbacker amps, I like them a lot. Great clean sound and you can carry them with one hand! I wouldn't pay that amount for one in that condition though. I have picked up minters for £120-£150 in the past, just gotta be in the right place at the right time.
