It will be interesting to see what she actually gets out of it. I doubt it's going to be the 80 million. If she's perceived as a big liar, and the courts know this, how can they not favor Paul's side. I think she'll probably end up with something like $40 million, only because there's a child involved.

I read a People mag. thing about it recently after a friend in Vegas (also a Beatles person and bass player) told me about it. He'd thought that it said there were tapes of Paul and Linda (!), but everything I read re: Linda was all hearsay.

This is getting more sorrid by the minute! Paul could wind up feeling like Nixon might have back in 1973. I agree though that she(Heather)is a liar. Even her own family has stated that. He should have listened to Stella, who had his best interests at heart.

If you read the story, Macca never says he sought psychiatric help over the breakup. It's worded very vaguely. He says he has seen a psychiatrist, but he's never quoted as giving a timeframe. Having been married twice (still in #2), I think it's a sign of your needing psychiatric help if you HAVEN'T sought psychiatric help for your marriage issues. Image

I heard the other day that seventy three percent of all who have been married are now divorced. If thats any where near accurate Paul is not the only fella who has been divorced. I would dare say even that the figure is probably even higher amongst celebrities.
To have only been divorced once at 64 and be Paul would not be so strange really is you think about it. The woman is obviously a publicity hound to begin with. She knew irregardless of what she says that Paul is and Ex Beatle and that he did in fact perform such famous songs as Get Back. Where was she for instance when John Lennon got murdered, on Mars perhaps?

Reminds me of Lucy's statement when Charlie Brown goes to see her (as a shrink) on the Christmas show (should be on again any moment.)

He might have sought help to cope with his grief after Linda died. He just didn't let it get out perhaps until now.
